A quick guide to what we do to insure quality

Overview:

We’re here to make buying and selling parts easy and secure. Here’s how we do it:

  • Mobius facilitates sales of new, authentic, and original parts as listed by sellers and described in their datasheets

  • You have 14 days to inspect the parts and in the case of any issue, request a refund

  • All payments go through Mobius and are fully secure

  • Mobius coordinates returns and dispute resolution with other parties for you in the case of any issues

Inspection:

  • Mobius offers inspection with standard orders and we can provide the report on request

  • Mobius sells new, authentic and original parts in accordance with the standard datasheet

Payments:

  • All payments go through Mobius, not directly to sellers. We handle the entire transaction to ensure security and prevent fraud.

Returns:

  • Check your products within the 14-day inspection period to spot any nonconformance and return them.

  • If you find a problem, please follow the return procedure outlined in our Terms of Sale, including emailing [email protected] with documentation during the inspection period. When nonconformance is confirmed, we’ll either:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned items.

  • If you skip the inspection period by opting for "Untested Parts," those sales are final with no returns.

Disputes:

  • Mobius will coordinate initial disputes between the buyer and seller. Any unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration as described in the Terms of Sale.
