New auctions are posted on the Newly Released Stock page as they come up and are also emailed out to registered buyers.
Auction timelines
Auctions generally last 2 weeks but each part will have a defined timeline and end of auction listed on the site. Bid before this date to get a chance to win the part.
Auction pricing
Once you place your first bid, you will be able to see the top bid from other buyers. Some auctions are guaranteed to close if the bids exceed the reserve price but others allow the seller to make the final call. If you have the top bid and the auction has a reserve price, you will win the parts. If you have the top bid and the auction does not have a reserve price, this seller can still decide not to sell the parts.
If the seller counter bids, this means that they will sell you the parts if you meet a certain price. If you accept a counter bid, this price and sale is confirmed.
Bidding in Auctions
All bidding is subject to our Terms of Sale, which ensure a fair and secure process for everyone.
When you find a part you're interested in, you have two options:
Submit a Binding Bid via Email: Email [email protected] with your target price, and we'll consider it a binding bid in the active auction. Respond to our inquiry with "Approved - I accept your terms. Please consider my bid binding"
Bid on Our Platform (Here) : Set up an account with us and place bids on thousands of SKUs whenever it suits you. You're in control to place bids whenever you want individually or via CSV.
Binding bids means that you are legally bound to purchase the parts at the price you bid.
