Can I cancel my order if the seller hasn't shipped?

This article describes the process for cancelling an order that has not shipped, including the 30 day window, refund timing and how to request cancellation.

You can cancel an order yourself once 30 days or more have passed since order confirmation and the seller still has not shipped. This article covers how to request that cancellation, how long the review and refund take, and what happens if the seller ships afterward.

When you can cancel

You can cancel an unshipped order once 30 days or more have passed since order confirmation. Before that point, cancellation is handled by our team rather than by request.

How to request cancellation

Email [email protected] or simply reply to your order confirmation email and tell us you want to cancel the order. You can also contact your sales rep.

Review and refund timelines

  • A team member will review and process your request within 2 business days of receiving it.

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

If the seller ships after you cancel

Once the order is cancelled, any activity on the seller side is treated as a new listing. The parts are not shipped to you against the cancelled order. If you still want them, you can re-engage as a bidder and place another bid on that listing.
